Customize categories in 'Categories' tab in column A from cell A1 to A25, excel will automatically update.

In case of GST is not 100%, please enter in corresponding row for GST amount in column F.

Input your expenses in each row, only input in colored cell.

Clear sample data in column: Date, Supplier, Description, Category and Amount.

Choose 'Yes' if you need to account for GST in cell B26, choose 'No' if you don't account for GST.
